G.P., Green Paws, Lil' Twiggy ... This guy had quite a few names over his first 8 weeks. He was loved by everyone who visited the puppies, and was the star of the Puppy Party when we invited people to come visit and play with the puppies in our "obstacle course." So many people wanted him, but there were no really good matches for this guy. Lil' Twiggy, with his missing dew claw, sat on the sidelines as his brothers and sisters wenthome with new families every day. Then one day, he came to a dog event with his mother and was spotted by a family and their teenage daughter. The chemistry was immediate, and both Lil' Twiggy and the young lady bonded instantly. Seeing how strong Twig's attraction was to the family, we worked out a plan to send him to his Fur-ever home.

Now named Onyx, he is the Ham of the House, a ball of energy that is barely contained... okay, he is a Beauceron, there is no containing that, but he is fun as hell and loved to pieces by his family. Onyx, we miss you, bud!
